This short workshop is aimed at migrant women who want to explore and develop their creativity as a way of navigating their migration and life processes. Through collective exploration, participants will learn about creativity tools and techniques that encourage self-expression and personal growth.

Goals:

  • Empower self-expression through art & creativity.
  • Build a supportive community.
  • Provide simple, effective creative tools for personal reflection.

Participants will learn:

  • Techniques for creativity and self-expression.
  • How to integrate creativity into everyday life.
  • Explore the potential of creativity and art to navigate life’s changes.
  • Ways to build resilience and adaptability through creative exploration.

Anmeldung über Google-Form

Virginia is Uruguayan, psychologist and researcher in technology, education and digital inclusion. She studied film, writing, music, robotics (and who knows what else). As an activist for amateur creation, she enjoys creative exploration through literature, technology and audiovisuals. Having worked with immigrant communities and being a migrant herself, she is sensitive to the challenges of adaptation and identity redefinition, bringing a humane and empathetic approach to her work. Her practice focuses on helping participants find inspiration in their everyday lives and guiding them to turn that inspiration into meaningful creative expression while encouraging connection and collective work.
